30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – Even If Used
We’re confident in the effectiveness of the Dry Dreams Bedwetting Alarm. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — even if the item has been used.
If you try the product and find it's not the right fit for your child, simply contact us support@drydreams.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and full refund (less $9.95AUD shipping fee).
Conditions for Returns:
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- All original components (alarm unit, sensor pad, accessories) must be returned.
- The item must be cleaned and safely packaged.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Exchanges & Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@drydreams.com.au
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until we received the same shipping and handling fees to cover re-shipping. Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to accept shipment to minimise problems. For PayPal users: please make sure that someone will be available to accept shipment at your PayPal address. We will only ship to the address listed on the Paypal account.
Please check your local laws and research the item you wish to purchase to ensure the correct item you want to purchase.
Import Taxes and duties
Purchasers outside of Australia are responsible for all taxes and import duties applied by country shipped to. We will not be responsible or liable for any additional taxes and import duties applied by customs.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return approval email. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
